  • Damage during shipping, washing, modification, or third-party repair
  • Caused by sharp objects, animals, or heat
  • Improper use, poor care, or storage
  • Product transferred to another owner
  • Natural wear, fading, or texture variation

Claim Procedure

Please contact Hazesac via DM or email with photo proof and warranty card.
Warranty claims will be reviewed for repair or replacement at Hazesac’s discretion.
